Dining is a delightful affair at The Cyan at Patong Hotel, with an all-day dining restaurant and rooftop bar available for guests’ pleasure. The Ceres Café - its name inspired by the Greek word ‘Ceres’ referring to the Goddess of abundance and fertility - takes an innovative approach to a la carte dishes and wows guests with its authentic Thai and modern European cuisine. Located on the ground floor adjacent to the lobby and featuring a fresh, comforting interior decoration using black and ivory colors,
